Welcome to the Yolked Farm to Table. Executive Chef, Jesse Bouchard, partnered with his wife, Mindy, to bring the very best of local farms to you in their favorite recipes. As a chef of 24 years, Jesse and his wife have prepared a seasonally rotating dining and drink menu based on their most unforgettable travel dining experiences. Jesse and Mindy are native to Maine and revel in the bounty it has to offer. Yolked began in 2019 as a food truck situated in rural Maine alongside NU Brewery, building relationships with local farms and producers to evolve into what it is today. The Yolked concept was born from their personal small flock of chickens and the value of knowing how your food is raised. Utilizing whole foods is the main staple of their menu and they are proud to offer it to you in their upscale rustic dining space.
